Experience professional drifting at Brands Hatch
Get ready for tyre smoke, powerful engines and some incredible driving as Drift Pro Allstars returns to Go Japan! at Brands Hatch.
Watch experienced drift drivers push their specially prepared cars sideways through the corners, often just metres apart. It’s an exciting display of car control, precision and skill, and one of the most popular motorsport attractions at the event.
Whether you’re a dedicated drifting fan or watching for the first time, these live exhibitions are well worth seeing.
What is drifting?
Drifting is a form of motorsport where drivers deliberately slide their cars sideways through corners while maintaining control.
Unlike traditional circuit racing, drifting isn’t simply about setting the fastest lap. It’s about controlling the car’s angle, speed and position throughout each slide.
Drivers use powerful rear-wheel-drive cars, specialist tyres and impressive driving techniques to keep their cars sideways. The result is plenty of tyre smoke, engine noise and some spectacular action.
What can you expect from Drift Pro Allstars?
The Drift Pro Allstars exhibitions bring together a selection of experienced drivers and purpose-built drift cars for live demonstrations on the famous Brands Hatch circuit.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Professional drift drivers showing their skills on track.
- High-powered cars producing plenty of tyre smoke.
- Close formation drifting, with drivers sliding alongside one another.
- High-speed entries, dramatic angles and impressive car control.
- Opportunities to see the drift cars and meet drivers in the paddock, subject to access and availability.
Each session offers something different, so keep an eye on the event timetable to make sure you don’t miss the action.
