Own a Japanese car you’d love to display at Go Japan!? You don’t need to belong to a car club to take part.
Our Individual Car Display welcomes Japanese car owners who want to share their pride and joy with fellow enthusiasts. Whether you have a standard road car, a tuned performance machine or something a little unusual, we’d love to hear from you.
Taking place at Brands Hatch, Go Japan! brings together Japanese cars, motorsport and culture for a day celebrating all things Japan.
If you’ve displayed with us before, we look forward to welcoming you back. If this is your first time, getting involved is straightforward.
What is the Individual Car Display?
The Individual Car Display is a dedicated area of Go Japan! for Japanese car owners who aren’t displaying as part of an organised car club.
It gives owners the opportunity to park their vehicles within the show and become part of the event.
You’ll find everything from everyday Japanese favourites to performance cars, modern classics and carefully maintained examples.
You don’t need a show-winning car or an extensive list of modifications. We’re interested in the variety of Japanese vehicles and the people who own them.
It’s also a great opportunity to meet other owners, exchange ideas and enjoy the rest of Go Japan!.
What can visitors expect to see?
The Individual Car Display is well worth exploring, even if you’re not planning to bring a car yourself.
Every year, owners bring a different mix of vehicles, creating a display with plenty of variety.
Look out for:

- Popular road cars and daily drivers
- Tuned and personalised vehicles
- Modern and retro Japanese classics
- Rare or unusual Japanese models
- Carefully restored and original examples
You might discover a car you’ve never seen before or find inspiration for your own project.
Visitors are welcome to explore the display, admire the cars and chat with their owners. Please respect the vehicles and ask permission before touching or entering them.
The Individual Car Display is included with general event admission. Visitors do not need to register separately to view the cars.
How to display your Japanese car
If you’d like to join us, the process is simple.
Step 1: Purchase your event ticket
Every driver must have a valid advance admission ticket for Go Japan! at Brands Hatch.
Passengers will also need their own admission tickets.
Step 2: Register your car
Once you’ve purchased your ticket, complete the Individual Display registration form using the booking link below.
You’ll need to provide your vehicle and contact details.
Please make sure all information is correct before submitting your entry.
Step 3: Receive your vehicle information
Ahead of the event, we’ll provide the information you need, including your vehicle display pass, arrival instructions and show map.
Please check your email, including your junk or spam folder, as the event approaches.
Step 4: Arrive and enjoy the show
Follow the arrival instructions and display your vehicle pass as requested.
Our event team will direct you to the Individual Display area.
Once your car is parked safely, you’re free to enjoy the displays, motorsport and other attractions throughout Go Japan!.

Go Japan! is a celebration of Japanese automotive culture. For this reason, the Individual Car Display is strictly for Japanese-marque vehicles.
This applies to all vehicles entered for display, whether they are standard, tuned, restored or heavily personalised.
We appreciate that Japanese car culture inspires enthusiasts who own many different types of vehicles. However, to maintain the identity of Go Japan!, non-Japanese-marque cars cannot be accepted into the display areas.
Our team works hard to manage vehicle entries fairly, and we ask all participants to respect this requirement.
Vehicles that do not meet the display criteria may be directed to general visitor parking rather than the show area.

Individual Display Car of the Show
Every vehicle entered into the Individual Car Display has the opportunity to be recognised in our event awards.
Our Individual Display Car of the Show award celebrates a standout vehicle from the display area.
Cars may also be considered for the overall Car of the Show title.
You don’t need to have the most expensive or heavily modified car to take part. Presentation, individuality and overall appeal can all contribute to making a vehicle stand out.

Clubs that do not meet the minimum number of vehicles required for a dedicated stand may be allocated space in the Individual Display area.

Individual Car Display FAQs
Do I need to belong to a car club?
No. The Individual Car Display is specifically designed for owners who want to show their Japanese car without joining a club stand.
Does my car need to be modified?
No. Standard, original, restored and tuned Japanese cars are welcome. You don’t need an extensively modified vehicle to take part.
Can I display my everyday car?
Yes. If it’s an eligible Japanese car, you can register it for consideration. Daily drivers are just as much a part of Japanese car culture as dedicated show cars.
Does it cost extra to display my car?
There is no separate Individual Display fee under the current booking arrangements. However, you must purchase a valid advance event admission ticket and register your vehicle before the closing date.
Can I arrive on the day and park in the display?
No. Display vehicles must be registered in advance. This allows us to plan the layout, manage space and provide arrival instructions.
Can I bring passengers?
Yes. Passengers are welcome, but each person must have a valid event admission ticket.
What time should I arrive?
Display vehicles are admitted before the event opens to the public. Your confirmed arrival time and entrance instructions will be provided ahead of the show.
Please arrive during your allocated time so that vehicles can be parked safely before visitors enter.
Can I leave early?
Display vehicles are generally expected to remain in position during public opening hours. Any movement must be approved by event officials for safety reasons.
Can I display a non-Japanese car?
No. The Individual Car Display is strictly for Japanese-marque vehicles. Non-Japanese cars must use the general visitor parking areas.
Can visitors walk around the display?
Yes. Everyone attending Go Japan! is welcome to explore the Individual Car Display. No additional booking or ticket is required beyond normal event admission.
Can I display alongside a friend?
If you arrive together then you are free to park next to each other. We do not reserve space.
